Hana Rewards Terms & Conditions

Hana Rewards is a loyalty rewards program operated by Hana Tech Pty Ltd t/a Hana Wallet (ABN: 68 655 463 433) (we, our or us), for users of the Hana Wallet (you or your). These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your participation in the Hana Rewards program. By registering for or participating in Hana Rewards, you agree to these Terms.

Participation

Participation in Hana Rewards is free and available to individuals who are registered users of Hana Wallet. Participation is limited to one account per person. Your participation is personal to you and XP may not be transferred or assigned to anyone else.

Earning XP

Members can earn points (XP) through the following activities:

Connecting social media accounts and email accounts to your Hana Rewards profile
On-chain activity in your Hana Wallet

The number of XP earned for each activity will be set by us and may change from time to time at our discretion. Current XP earning rates will be published on our website. We reserve the right to set maximum XP earning limits. XP have no cash value and may not be purchased, sold, transferred or assigned.

Redeeming XP

XP can be redeemed for digital assets (cryptocurrency) during specific promotional campaigns that we run from time to time. The redemption rate of XP to digital assets will be set for each individual campaign. We reserve the right to set maximum redemption limits for each campaign. Once XP are redeemed for digital assets, the transaction cannot be reversed.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any redemption campaign at any time. We are not obligated to provide alternative redemption options if a campaign is cancelled or if the program is discontinued.

Expiration of XP

XP will expire if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months. Activity is defined as earning or redeeming XP. Expired XP will be removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. You must keep your account password secure and not share it with others. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Modifications to the Program

We may, at any time and without notice, discontinue the Hana Rewards program (in whole or in part), or exclude any person from participating. We may change XP earning rates, redemption rates, expiration policies. We may, at any time and at our discretion, vary these Terms by publishing the varied terms on our website. We recommend you check the website regularly to ensure you are aware of our current terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation in Hana Rewards at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you will forfeit any unredeemed XP in your account. You may terminate your participation in Hana Rewards at any time by contacting us.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, we own or license the content and all intellectual property rights (including any copyright, registered or unregistered designs, illustrations, artwork, patents or trademarks) displayed or used in Hana Rewards (Our Intellectual Property).

We authorize you to participate in Hana Rewards solely for your own personal use. Subject to the above, participation in Hana Rewards does not grant or transfer to you any rights, title, or interest to Our Intellectual Property. Unless otherwise permitted in these Terms, you must not:

(a) Copy or use, in whole or in part, any of Our Intellectual Property;

(b) Reproduce, retransmit, distribute, display, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any of Our Intellectual Property;

(c) Breach any intellectual property rights connected with Our Intellectual Property, including altering or modifying any of Our Intellectual Property, causing any of Our Intellectual Property to be framed or embedded in another website or platform, or creating derivative works from Our Intellectual Property.

Nothing in the above clause restricts your ability to publish, post or repost content or Our Intellectual Property on your social media page or blog, provided that:

(a) You do not assert that you are the owner of the content or Our Intellectual Property;

(b) Unless explicitly agreed by us in writing, you do not assert that you are endorsed or approved by us;

(c) You do not damage or take advantage of our reputation, including in a manner that is illegal, unfair, misleading or deceptive; and

(d) You comply with all other terms of these Terms.

Our Liability is Limited

You may have certain rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to Hana Rewards. Despite anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we exclude all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with Hana Rewards, including changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of the program.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy (available on our website) sets out how we will collect and handle your personal information.

Taxes

Participants are responsible for any tax implications that may arise from participating in Hana Rewards or redeeming XP for digital assets.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in New South Wales.
